Accessibility
Can you accommodate specific accessibility requirements?
Please let us know upon registration if you have any accessibility requirements. We will be happy to discuss how we can accommodate these upon your visit.
Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Event & Venue
How will I know where each talk/workshop/event is?
You’ll receive location information upon booking onto a workshop or talk. If you have any questions whilst attending an event or need help to find a talk or workshop, please speak to a member of staff.
Can I choose which in-person workshops I can attend?
Yes, absolutely. If you are purchasing a ticket for the full 3-day conference, you will be able to select from all talks, keynotes, panel discussions, workshops and exhibitions.
Note: Workshops are likely to have limited availability, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Tickets & Payments
- Full access to the event in person (1-day access if you have purchased a single-day ticket)
- 1x ticket to drinks at the conference reception at The Box on day one
- Lunch provided on three days
- Hot drinks and pastries provided throughout the day
- Post conference access to select presentation and panel recordings

Will the conference have a social event for attendees?
Additional information
To book your place to attend Making Futures™ 2026, click the ‘Conference Registration’ on the conference home page, which will take you to the registration form. Once you’ve reached the registration form, please select either ‘Presenter’, ‘General Attendee’ or ‘AUP Staff or Student’ registration to enable access to ticket options.
Please select the most relevant ticket and proceed to payment. Once registered, you’ll be able to access your booking by logging in via the conference website.
Cancellation & Refunds
I need to cancel my ticket, what is your refund policy?
You will be able to receive a full refund of the cost of your ticket provided you cancel and request a refund by 15 October 2026. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
